The Jonesboro Bicentennial Newscast

As part of the the town’s Bicentennial Celebration, we led Jonesboro Middle School students to provide a modern take on the Battle of the Margaretta, first naval battle of American Revolution.  These children of the digital age chose the format of the evening newscast to explore the events surrounding this battle in which many of their own ancestors participated.
